Parenting is one of the most difficult jobs that most people. It is a unique position, that does not provide training or experience prior to starting the job. Because the success of a parent will impact the child for life, all parents need support, encouragement and assistance to get started on a healthy path. PACT offers three programs to parents in Morgan County. All of these services are offered on a free and voluntary basis and are designed to meet the needs of families from all socioeconomic backgrounds. Our educational opportunities are designed to reduce child abuse and neglect through strengthening families.
